Missions Week isn't a conference to sit through. It's a week of tables, coffee, prayer, and stories — built so you leave knowing our missionaries by name, understanding their work, and standing with them.
Connect with local, national, and international missionaries. Sit across a table from the people Idlewild sends and supports — from Tampa Bay to the ends of the earth.
Learn about the ministry God has entrusted to them. Hear what He is doing in their cities and villages, and what it takes to be there.
Partner with them through prayer, giving, and serving. Leave with a name to pray for, a way to give, and a place to serve.
Every year, Idlewild sends and supports missionaries across Tampa, the nation, and the world. For one week, we bring them together in one place — so the church that sends can know the ones it sends.

Meet local missionaries and ministry partners as we celebrate the ways the Lord is using them across Tampa Bay. Find out how you can share the Gospel and reach lives right where you live, work, and play.
We open the week on our knees. Join us as a church family to pray by name for the missionaries who are with us, the places they'll return to, and the neighbors across Tampa who haven't yet heard.
Enjoy artisanal coffee from our Café on the Go cart while you hear stories and testimonies from missionaries in an intimate setting with other young adults.
One night, every field. Pick up a passport at the door and travel the Gatheria table by table — a stop for each region where Idlewild missionaries serve. Taste the food, meet the faces, hear the need, and get your passport stamped along the way. Bring the whole family.
Calling all legacy adults: pull up a chair, meet a missionary, and enjoy pancakes on Thursday morning in Hall One. Come hungry — for breakfast, and for a good story.
Ladies, join us Thursday evening for a sweet time of prayer and dessert with our missionary women. Great food, even better fellowship, and a night of praying for the nations together.
Friday is left open on purpose — but any day this week works. Host a missionary family for dinner, take a couple out for lunch, or buy someone a coffee. You pick the day, the place, and the pace.
The week ends where the Great Commission points: the nations. Meet the missionaries Idlewild sends around the world, hear where God is at work, and find your place in it — through prayer, giving, or going.
